Dec 22, 2018 · You can NOT configure the router without internet connection. The systems gets stuck in a screen waiting for you to connect the modem cable. Reset the router to factory defaults by holding down the recessed reset button until it reboots. Then during initial setup (connected via Ethernet) select all manual setup options.
