Therefore it does not check the IP address against the account zip code and reject it when they are in different locations. Hulu Live does not offer this option and therefore does not work with mobile hot-spot.

But the weird thing was when I was watching the video it would start to skip, but then when I opened another tab (non video) and still had Hulu playing on in the background, it would be totally fine.
